We aim to provide a friendly and comfortable "home from home" at excellent value, helping you to gain the most from your holiday. The doors to our house are always open to friends, new and old. We are a family guest house where children of all ages are truly made welcome. A happy smile, bright surroundings and good food will add to the enjoyment of your visit to Great Yarmouth.

We are situated about 200 metres from the seafront, less than 1 mile from the town centre shops & market, and 10 minutes walk from the Racecourse. Almost on our doorstep is a Post Office for sending your postcards, McColl's General Store & Newsagent, Launderette, Pizza & Kebab take-away, a bakery, hairdresser & solarium, betting shop and several pubs. There is also a bus stop handy for days when you don't fancy the stroll to the town centre.

Accommodation
We have a variety of bedrooms from singles to family rooms sleeping up to five. Centrally heated throughout for early and late season comfort. We have a twin room on the ground floor and a stairlift to the first floor. The bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed with TV & Freeview, radio/alarm clock, fans, hair driers, safes and hot drink making facilities (replenished daily). All rooms have full en-suite or private facilities. Wireless internet available in all rooms.

Excellent food
Our traditional full English breakfast, or your choice from our varied menu, will set you up for the day ahead. Breakfast is served at your own table for the duration of your stay.

In addition to our great breakfast we have a well stocked snack bar where you can buy sweets, crisps and cold drinks. We can also provide sandwiches or packed lunches.
